What information do you need for a first technical proposal?

Head in metres, design flow in cubic metres per second, target capacity, grid-connected or off-grid operation, site altitude and access conditions, and the intended commercial structure. If the plant already exists, original equipment drawings or a clear nameplate photo help us match the interface.

Do you supply spare parts for units you did not manufacture?

Yes. We manufacture parts from drawings, samples or reverse-engineered measurements, including runners, guide vanes, bushings and shafts, for turbines and valves originally supplied by other manufacturers.

Can you work with a local EPC contractor instead of taking the full contract?

Yes. We can supply the equipment, provide supervision and commissioning support while civil works are executed by a local contractor, and train that contractor's team so the capability stays in the country.

Our product programme covers 28 product lines in five categories, engineered to project data and — where required — manufactured from original drawings (fabrication sur plan) to keep legacy plants running.

Generators, excitation and speed governors — including oil-free blade control and digital blade controllers for Kaplan units.
Gates, valves and hydraulic power units — butterfly, spherical, gate and cone valves, DN350–2200, with double-sealed and hydraulic drive options.
Transformers — power and distribution transformers from 5 kVA to 90 MVA.
HV / MV / LV switchgear, protection, SCADA and automation — electrical equipment range.
Spare parts, wear parts and machining — custom machining from drawings or samples.

3 Rehabilitation & retrofit

More than 100 retrofit and rehabilitation projects completed. Typical drivers are cavitation damage, obsolete control systems, declining output and discontinued spare parts.

Runner and blade-system replacement — Kaplan runner and blade system renewal on a 15 MW unit (Laos).
Multi-unit governor and control modernisation — 4 × 11 MW, Enshi Tangkou, China.
Fixed-blade to adjustable-blade conversion — our RETROFIT-FP programme, which lifts part-load efficiency without replacing the whole unit.
Control, excitation and protection upgrade — new SCADA, protection relays and automation on existing machines.
Station refurbishment programmes — six stations in Guangxi; Francis and Pelton overhauls at Fujian Gaohua and Hubei Jiefangshan.

Retrofit work is planned around short outage windows: factory acceptance testing is completed before shipment so that on-site time, and lost generation, are kept to a minimum.

4 O&M and field support

Support is tiered, so that you pay for the level of cover your plant actually needs.
